A Call to the Weary
Jesus' promise is simple:

“Come to me,
all you who are weary,
and burdened,
and I will give you rest.”
~Matt. 11:28~

He draws you and He calls you.  Jesus said, “Come and see,” and then He extends His hand
and invites you to come
and get to know Him.
His invitation gives us hope, that all is NOT lost.

There is one body,
and one Spirit,
and God called you
to have one hope.
~Eph 4:5 NCV~

Psalms 91:14-16 (NKJV)
"Because he has set his love upon Me, therefore I will deliver him;
I will set him on high, because he has known My name.
He shall call upon Me, and I will answer him;
I will be with him in trouble; I will deliver him and honor him.
With long life I will satisfy him, and show him My salvation."

My friend, it has been on my heart for days to "just pray for you." So I have taken the time to write out the prayers that weighs on my heart for you; knowing God hears me, because He sees you, knows where you are, what you are going through, and loves you.

In Step, Mind, and Heart for The Love of Christ

Father God, I come to You in prayer for this reader. Lord, I pray that they will have a sound mind and will respect You as the LORD God, and that they will do all that You have commanded them to do with their whole being. I pray they will give themselves to You completely, serving only You and no other idol or false god.  Lord, I pray that You will prepare their heart to love You with their whole heart, soul and mind, as according to Your will. Lord, I pray that they will see that You offer life and success, or death and destruction; and that it is their choice. I pray that heaven and earth will stand as witness, that they may choose to live a life pleasing to You, so that all will go well for them and their family. Lord, may they realize that Your commands are not too hard, that they are not beyond what they can do, and that Your Words are not far off and cannot "not be obtained," but that Your Holy Spirit lives in them so that they CAN know Your Will for their lives.

Father, I bow in prayer before You, and ask that in Your great glory, to give to them the power to be strong inwardly through Your Spirit. I pray that Christ will live in their heart by faith, and that their life will be strong in love, and be built on the love of Christ. I pray that they will understand the greatness of Christ’s love; and will come to know how wide, long, high and deep, that love truly is. I also pray that they will be filled with the fullness of You.

Lord, I ask You to give them a spirit of wisdom and revelation, so that they will know you better. I pray that they will have a greater understanding in their heart, so that they will know the hope to which they have been called. And that they will know how rich and glorious are the blessing You have promised Your Holy people,  who know and believe You. I pray that they will understand, and come to see, that this IS the same power and strength You uses to raise Christ from the dead, and put at Your right hand. Lord, that they would know that this power is for them in their life too, through the work of Your Holy Spirit. Lord, I pray that they will walk every day in Your will as You lead, and that You will be their confidence and keep their foot from being caught in the snares of the enemy. Lord, help them to have courage each day, knowing that You, who watches over them, does not sleep; and You will not let the enemy defeat them.

Lord, I pray they will know in their hearts that You are with them, and will protect them everywhere they go, and that You will not leave them until You have done all that You have promised. Lord, though they may have hardships in this life, I pray that they will walk each day knowing that You have overcome the world, and though others may come up against them, You will not let them be defeated. And they will rejoice in knowing that their victory comes from You.

Lord, I pray that because they have set their love upon YOU, that You will deliver them from all that  holds them captive. I ask You to set them steady on high ground, because they have known Your name-- THE LORD GOD, the Holy One of Israel.

Lord, when they call upon You, I ask You to answer them. I ask You to be with them in trouble and honor them, and even more, that they will honor YOU. I pray they will have a long life and that You will satisfy them, and show them Your salvation. I ask You to show them Your ways so that they may know You more, and that with Your eye be upon them. Lord, guide them and lead them on the path of righteousness. I ask You to turn their eyes from anything that would give way to ungodliness in their minds, and in their lives. Lord, I ask You to keep them holy unto You. And I thank You that You are faithful to do this for those You call to be set aside.

I ask You to keep and guard, not only their heart but their mind as well, in Christ. And that they will have the peace that comes with the assurance of their faith in Christ. I ask You to seal them, and help them to know that You have marked them as YOURS, and that this seal of Your Holy Spirit shows Your promise of faithfulness to those that have accepted Christ as their Lord and Savior.

Lord, I ask You to be with them this day, and may they shine from within, and may all that see them, truly see Your Spirit. Lord, may all that they do today, before YOUR Glory.

Simply Praying in Faith In:
Thanks Giving That My Prayers Shall be Heard.

Lord, I thank You that in Christ I, can come before You with freedom and without fear, to pray and ask You to watch over my family and to keep a hedge of protection around them. Lord, I thank You that it is through faith in Christ, that I can have confidence in knowing You will hear my petitions. Lord, I thank You that I can step up to the very throne of Grace, knowing too, that Jesus has gone before me and intercedes on my behalf, that which lays on my heart. Lord, thank You for Your Word that promises that anything I pray according to Your will, and aligns to Your Word, and has been spoken in Jesus’ Name, will be done for me so that it may glorify You. Thank You that my joy, as was Christ’s, will be complete. Lord, as I pray according to Your Word, I am thankful that none of them will come back void. I am thankful that You Word will accomplish what You have sent it out to do. Thank You too, that I can cast these burdens on You, and You shall sustain me.

Lord, I also thank you for Your Holy Spirit, who helps me to pray when I don’t know how or even what to say. I thank You, that Your Holy Spirit can take even the most hurtful cry of my heart, and deepest sobs, and make sense of them; giving them words that You can understand. Thank You for being able to pray in faith for those things which concerns and burden me, knowing that as I cast them upon You, You will sustain me.. Lord, thank You for letting me lay them at Your feet, knowing that as I do, You will step in and give me peace, and I can rest in knowing that You are my God and my petitions are in Your hand. Thank You that I can leave my worries with You and be filled with certainty that in Your love and grace that Your will shall be done, which is more than I can understand or even hope for.
In Jesus’ Name,
